- Indicators used to calculate own funds requirements
- Form for calculating and reporting own funds:
Excel file (Romanian only);
- Payment institutions will download the containing reporting form templates;
- The file will be filled in with the specified data. Numbers will be written in full, without decimals;
- After filling in the forms, the file will be sent to ifn@bnro.ro*, the name of the payment institution being specified in the Subject field;
- The same file can be printed and used to have reports in written form.
- Lending activity report
- Report on the classification of exposures from loans/loans related to payment services and the necessary specific provisions for credit risk:
- Excel file (Romanian only);
- Forms will also be sent electronically to ifn@bnro.ro;
- Reports are regulated by NBR Regulation No. 5/2012 (Romanian only) on the classification of loans, as well as the setting-up, adjustment and use of specific provisions for credit risk, applicable to the entities under NBR supervision, other than credit institutions, as well as by NBR Order No. 4/2012 (Romanian only) concerning the report on the classification of exposures from loans/loans related to payment services and the necessary specific provisions for credit risk, applicable to the entities under NBR supervision, other than credit institutions.
- Half-yearly accounting reporting (Romanian only)
- Balance sheet and profit and loss account items (Annex 6)
