On 24 September 2019, the informal meeting of the Sub-Committee on the IMF and other related issues within the Economic and Financial Committee of the European Union took place at the headquarters of the National Bank of Romania. At this meeting, Mr. Lajos Bokros, Univ. Professor PhD at the Central European University of Budapest presented a lecture entitled "Current challenges to the world economy"
