Pursuant to the provisions of Law No. 312/2004 on the Statute of the National Bank of Romania, as of 1 July 2019, the National Bank of Romania will put into circulation, for numismatic purposes, a set of three coins (made of gold, silver and copper-plated tombac) dedicated to the Completion of the Great Union – Alexandru Marghiloman.

Reverse, common to all coins: the portrait of Alexandru Marghiloman, the inscription “ALEXANDRU MARGHILOMAN” in an arc and his birth and death years, “1854” and “1925”.
The mintage of this issue is 300 sets of three coins (made of gold, silver and copper-plated tombac).
The selling price is lei 2,090.00 lei, VAT excluded, per set of three coins, including the leaflet.
The gold, silver and copper-plated tombac coins dedicated to the Completion of the Great Union – Alexandru Marghiloman , are legal tender on the territory of Romania.
The sets of three coins dedicated to the Completion of the Great Union – Alexandru Marghiloman into circulation, for numismatic purposes, through the regional branches of the National Bank of Romania in Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, Iaşi, and Timişoara.
