In the supervision of international banking groups, the National Bank of Romania cooperates with its peers through the working structures and their relevant substructures at European level:

  • EBA - The European Banking Authority is part of the European System of Financial Supervision (ESFA)
  • Moneyval - Committee of Experts on the Evaluation of Anti-Money Laundering Measures and the Financing of Terrorism set up by the Council of Europe
  • AMLC - Joint Committee's Sub-Committee on Anti Money Laundering set up by the European Banking Authority
