| Operaţiuni de plată realizate pentru abonaţii proprii de un furnizor de servicii de comunicaţii electronice, suplimentar serviciilor de comunicaţii electronice şi facturate pe factura aferentă serviciilor de comunicaţii electronice, în scopul achiziţionării de conţinut digital (servicii de consultanţă financiară şi astrologică, vizionare clipuri video, acces la jocuri online etc.), plăţi pentru taxe de drum, taxe de parcare, bilete şi abonamente de transport în comun, permise de acces, abonamente la servicii furnizate online, realizarea de donaţii. |

Article 4 letter k) of Law no. 209/2019 on payment services and for amending some normative acts - services based on specific payment instruments that can be used to acquire a very limited range of goods or services or to acquire goods or services only in the premises of the issuer or within a limited network of service providers under direct commercial agreement with a professional issuer;
Article 4 letter m) of Law no. 209/2019 on payment services and for amending some normative acts - payment transactions that cumulatively fulfill the conditions provided in Article 4 paragraph (3) of Law no. 209/2019 made by a provider of electronic communications networks or services provided in addition to electronic communications services for a subscriber to the network or service for purchase of digital content and voice-based services, regardless of the device used for the purchase or consumption of the digital content and charged to the related bill or performed from or via an electronic device and charged to the related bill within the framework of a charitable activity or for the purchase of tickets.
